Yes, I can make some killer ravioli... as long as I have a can of it and a microwave to put it in! I do like to cook though...

I love basketball and Michael is by far the greatest to ever play the game!

I love good books. I could spend days getting lost in another person's life (real or imagined).

It doesn't get any better than one of those great books, a lounge chair and nothing to do but just sit by the ocean. I love to listen to the waves, feel that breeze on my face, watch the sun rays dance across the surface of the water and marvel at how great my God is for creating all of it!

My all time favorite thing to do is go outside on a clear night and lay in the grass or the hood of my car and just look at the stars. I love stars, and after watching them for a while I begin to realize how small I am in the whole scheme of things. It makes me think about how lucky I am to be blessed with what and who I have and that out of the whole big universe God finds a way to pay attention to me.

I'm always up for a game of football and love whoopin' up an some juniors in a heated game of powderpuff! "Wrong ball!"

I don't know what I would do without music--end of story. There is nothing like a long drive down a back road with Miles Davis coming through the speakers.

I love the country I live in and thank God for giving me the opportunity to grow up in a place where I can achieve anything I set out to do. A place where dreams can come true if you are willing to work for them. I am also very thankful for the brave men and women who fight for my freedom and the freedom of those who were not blessed as I was to live in a country that is free.

I have learned that being yourself is the only way to live your life. I love being around people who are different and don't try to "fit in." It is so boring when everyone is just alike and don't embrace the uniqueness that is inside of them. Long live individuality!

Friendship is such an amazing thing! The bond between two people who had no previous obligation to each other. No reason to forgive one another, no reason to trust each other with the deepest secrets and yet they do. What draws people and keeps people so close is something I can't explain-- it is also something I don't question. Besides a great family, friends are the most wonderful blessing someone could have. I would rather have a few really great friends in my life that I can count on, than any amount of money or success.

At the end of the day whether it be a good or bad one, it is so great to know that there is a God out there and that He loves me. No matter what I do or how terrible I am He will always forgive me. It is impossible to imagine a love like that! I am so thankful for Jesus and the gift of salvation that I am no where near deserving of! My goal in life used to be to leave a mark on this world. For people a hundred years from now to read about something great that I did. But in the last few years God has shown me that this world will be destroyed and any mark I leave will go along with it. So instead, I should leave my mark on people because the souls of people will last forever!
